Please read these terms carefully before booking a service. By scheduling a repair with Home Care Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Note: These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Home Care Services. By placing a service booking — whether by phone, WhatsApp, or our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Home Care Services ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "the customer") in Delhi NCR and surrounding areas. By contacting us, making a booking, or allowing our technician to enter your premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Scope of Services

Home Care Services provides on-site repair and maintenance for home appliances including but not limited to:

We serve the Delhi NCR region including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. Service availability in specific localities is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Important: Home Care Services is an independent repair company and is not an authorised service centre for any appliance manufacturer. Brand names are used solely to identify the appliances we repair.

3 Booking & Scheduling

3.1 Booking confirmation: A service booking is confirmed only after our team verbally or in writing acknowledges your request. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee a specific time slot.

3.2 Technician visit: Our technician will arrive within the agreed time window. Actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job overruns or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any significant delays.

3.3 Cancellations by customer: You may cancel or reschedule at any time with no cancellation fee, provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a nominal visit charge at our discretion.

3.4 Cancellations by us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to technician unavailability, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will offer an alternative appointment at the earliest opportunity.

4 Pricing & Payment

4.1 Estimates: All prices shown on our website are indicative starting rates only. A final, binding price will be provided by the technician after on-site diagnosis, before any repair work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not agree with the quote.

4.2 Diagnosis fee: A minimal diagnosis/visit charge may apply if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair after the technician has inspected the appliance. This will be communicated upfront.

4.3 Parts: If spare parts are required, their cost will be included in the final quote. We use OEM or manufacturer-approved parts. Part prices may vary based on availability.

4.4 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards and net banking. A receipt will be provided for every completed job.

4.5 Additional charges: Any work outside the agreed scope — discovered during the repair — will only be carried out with your express approval and at an agreed price.

5 Service Warranty

5.1 Warranty period: All completed repairs carry a 30-day service warranty from the date of repair.

5.2 Coverage: The warranty covers the specific fault that was diagnosed and repaired, including any parts replaced during that job.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, icons and design — is the property of Home Care Services and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10 Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
